3. Mr. T. Gopal Rao IAS (Retd), Founder Trustee
   Former Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Director of Social Welfare and Industries in the Govt. of AP, he was responsible for nurturing’ Commitments’ during its formative years and providing it with support and reach in Andhra Pradesh. He is also currently active in Dalit issues and empowerment of disadvantaged and marginalized people.
4. Mr. K. Raju IAS (Retd), Trustee
   A retired civil servant, he did pioneering work as the National Project Coordinator of South Asia Poverty Alleviation Project (SAPAP) and as Chief Executive Officer of Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Government of AP, Hyderabad. He is a recognized expert on participatory and sustainable development among the rural poor and the disadvantaged.
5. Mr. B. Venkatesh, Trustee
   Trainer and consultant on disability issues, both at national and international level, he has developed significant strategies for the overall empowerment of the persons with disabilities and in the CBR sector.
6. Mr. P.V Ramesh IAS, Trustee
   He is a distinguished All India Service Officer
7. Mr. C.S. Reddy, Trustee
   Presently working as Chief Executive Officer, APMAS, Hyderabad, he is expert in Institution Building and Participatory planning and development.
8. Mr. L. Krishna Murthy, Trustee
   He has done his Masters in Social Work and has been working in the development sector for the last 18 years, including working as the Project Director of Commitments for 5 years (2004-09). He is at present the Program Manager and heads the Disability Component of the Telanagana State MGNREGS.
9. Ms. K. Sandhya Rani IPoS, Trustee
   Commissioner, School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi, she is a senior All India Service Officer and presently working as Commissioner, School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada.
10. Mr. Viziandira Boyi IAS, Trustee

1. Late Sri S R Shankaran IAS ( Retd), Founder Trustee & Ex-Chairman
   A distinguished public servant, whose contributions to the socio-economic development of disadvantaged persons especially SCs/STs in the country are well known. Since his rretirement from Government of India, as Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development is active on issues relating to social discrimination, especially among Scheduled Castes and on Human Rights issues.
2. Sri B N Yugandhar IAS ( Retd), Ex-Managing Trustee
   Served in several capacities in Government of Andhra Pradesh and Government of India as    Director, LBS National Academy of Administration, Mussorie; Secretary Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India; Secretary to Prime Minister, Government of India and Member Planning Commission, Government of India etc. After retirement from Indian Administrative Service has been active in Projects for Poverty Reduction, Capabilities development for Participation and Empowerment and Training of Development Administrators.
