Nature of the work of Organisation: The Commitments Trust has been working for the Persons with Disabilities, Poor and Disadvantaged Sections in the Society for empowerment and policy & advocacy.

• Name of the posts:1 -Position Project Manager ( Job-Location Kosgi) PwD experts, SHG & Training Expert  Salary Rs.25000-35,000 per month ( negotiable )
• Name of the Post: 1-position Project Manager ( Job location Guntur/Palnadu districts  , Andhra Pradesh area ), Salary  25000-35,000 per month ( Negotiable )
• Name of the post-1: Project Manager-Hyderabad Office, expertise in documentation, trainings, monitoring – Salary Rs.25000-35,000 per month ( intensive travelling to Guntur, Palanadu, Vikarabad and Naryanpet districts )

Qualification-Project Manager/Coordinators: Post Graduate Degree preferably in Social Work, MSW, Sociology, Rural Development /Special Education /Bachelor of physiotherapy

Experience: 3-7 years in the field of management of programs relating to empowerment of the disadvantaged people in rural areas.

2. Excellent programme and team management skills.
3. Good interpersonal skills and experience in working effectively in a multi-cultural environment, with sensitivity to diverse opinion.
4. Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, community based organisations, panchaytiraj institutions, including government officials, NGOs and communities in Rural and Urban
5. Experience in the Sectors of Disability, Inclusive Development and Social Inclusion is preferable
6. Engaging with various stakeholders at the national and state levels to disseminate information and build knowledge/awareness about Disability Sector and Social Incusion.
7. Organise state level, district level and Mandal level meetings and workshops and training programmes for dissemination of information
8. Understanding of other organizations, groups and individuals in the Disability and Social Inclusion sector along with government policies/reforms.
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
10. Must be able to communicate in both English and Telugu
11. Ability to perform and deliver under tight deadlines.
12. The individual should understand the organizational legacy and taking forward the organizational objectives, vision and mission.
13. The candidate is expected to tour the project areas 15 days in a month and do close supervision.

Project areas: Palnadu /Guntur districts in AP & Kosgi- Narayanpet distirct, Telangana

Report to: The Project Manager(PM) is accountable to the Executive Director, Managing Trustee and other Board of Directors.

Salary: Rs25000-35,000/ per month ( Negotiable )
